Our goal: to facilitate your reservation and allow your team to be in the best conditions and at the best rates.
Airport meet and greet and daily shuttle will be extended only to the teams who booked their accommodation via Spartner.

How does a reservation request occur ?
Step 1
You can search for available accommodation in the official hotel through the search bar. Then select all rooms and dates you need. Then your personnal account will be created and activated.
Step 2
Once your account is created, you can access your personnal account page "My Account" and add all participants, check all your bookings, create your rooming lists,...
Step 3
You will receive a proforma invoice, your booking will be confirmed upon payment reception.
